Dr. Carson was born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma. In 2009, he graduated from Rose State College with an Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Sciences. He spent several years working as an X-ray technologist at Moore Medical Center and Integris Southwest Medical Center while completing his undergraduate work at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He graduated from OUHSC with a BA in Radiation Sciences in 2012. In 2016, he earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. He went on to complete a 3 year surgical residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Carson is Board Certified by The American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. After several years away from home, he is excited to return to Norman with his wife and their 3 children. In his spare-time he enjoys spending time with his family, grilling, and outdoor activities such as golf, cycling, and water skiing. Dr. Carson specializes in all disorders of the foot and ankle and sees patients in our Norman and Mustang locations.
